During the early days of our ration distribution drive, we took a bold step to go beyond charity and weave purpose into every act. While distributing ration kits to underprivileged families, we asked ourselves—can we reduce waste, create income opportunities, and spread hope all at once? The answer was yes.
Reimagining Waste
Nearby garment factories often discard tons of fabric scraps—pieces that are too small for mass production but too valuable to be thrown away. Instead of letting these pieces end up in landfills, Gully Classes Foundation, through Empower Stop, collected these scraps and turned them into tools for transformation.

The heart of this initiative lies in women’s empowerment. Women from our community, many of whom had little to no previous source of income, were trained to stitch. With care, creativity, and community spirit, they turned these discarded scraps into beautiful, durable, and eco-friendly handbags.
Each bag stitched is not just a product—it’s a symbol of:
